TJMHC's newest exhibit, Pioneering Jews of Southern Arizona, will introduce visitors to the historical and contemporary Jewish citizens whose courage, entrepreneurial spirit, and compassion helped make Southern Arizona what it is today. Featuring individuals from the past and the present, this dynamic new exhibit will focus on the real and intimate histories of Jewish Southern Arizonans. Visitors will learn about the merchants who helped drive commerce to town, the public servants who laid the foundations for local government and education, as well as the lawyers, builders, artists, and philanthropists who served this community in so many unique ways.
Special thanks to Las Doñas de Tucson for the support that made this exhibit possible.
