Amy Spitalnick
Antisemitism & Building Bridges Across Communities
On Thursday, February 6th, TJMHC welcomes Amy Spitalnick to continue our ongoing conversations around antisemitism as we explore the debate around antisemitism & community-building.
Spitalnick is a renowned community advocate and CEO of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs (JCPA). In her short time at the helm, Spitalnick has positioned the JCPA as a national convener of diverse coalitions working across communities to build a just and inclusive American democracy.
Framing this national conversation in local terms, she will explain the deep connections between Jewish safety and the safety of all communities, the importance of coalition building, and how the fight for a just and inclusive democracy brings fundamental Jewish values of equality and justice into action.
***Please note that this event takes place at The Tucson Jewish Community Center at 3800 East River Road and prior registration is required to attend.***
