As partisan polarization increases in the U.S., so does the risk of political and identity-based violence. A Carter Center initiative, the AZDRN is a cross-partisan network working to decrease the risk of political- and identity-based violence and uphold democratic and nonviolent standards.

Arizona Faith Network unites people through interfaith education, dialogue, and collaborative social action to promote peace, understanding, and heal the world. Diverse faiths and beliefs provide the inspiration and direction for all that they do. The Gumbiner Project participates on AFN’s Social Justice Commission, the branch of the network engaging in justice and advocacy work.

Root Change brings people together to question assumptions, think deeply, test ideas and lead the way to a world built on social justice principles.

Launched in 2022, A More Perfect Union: The Jewish Partnership for Democracy exists to support, convene, and mobilize the more than 6,000 American Jewish organizations in a collaborative effort to protect and strengthen American democracy.

Project Over Zero focuses on states where false narratives and election interference have gained traction, creating risks for democratic processes and threatening civil society. We work with Project Over Zero to gather community leaders across sectors, identify anti-democracy risks specific to our state, and help build peace-building infrastructure.

Since 1944, the JPCA has worked to strengthen and leverage the Jewish community relations network to champion a just, democratic and pluralistic society where all members, including Jews, enjoy the rights of full inclusion and can live free of discrimination, hate and prejudice.

NCJW confronts today’s most urgent social and economic challenges facing women, children & families. Their mission is to to improve the quality of life for women, children, and families and to safeguard individual rights and freedoms for all.

Dare to Care

Dare to Care unites members of different faith traditions who are committed to the safe and supportive emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual care of LGBTQ youth and their families.

Multifaith for Pride

Multifaith for Pride is an ad hoc coalition of local clergy and congregants united in their commitment to creating affirming religious spaces for all members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

PCI works across lines of religious beliefs, political philosophies, ethnicities, and economic levels that divide our community to represent the great cultural, economic, and religious variety in Pima County. A broad-based, relational lens allows PCI to organize around issues that impact families and communities at the local and regional levels. The group is politically non-partisan. We have been a member organization since 2023.
